It’s that time of the year again. That time when you dust off the fitness equipment that’s been sitting, kind of lonely, in the corner. Sometimes I wonder what it is about the new year that makes everyone so determined to set goals and resolutions and stuff? It’s not really that much different than any other time of the year. And getting fit seems to be the top of the list. Better to have your own fitness equipment, I think, then to have to drag yourself over to the gym. At least, that’s always been my philosophy. Not that I’ve got getting fit at the top of my resolutions. Been there, done that. Didn’t work.
