Shaping up by losing fat around my stomach

I recently compiled a list of tasks to accomplish for the year 2008. In the past, I have not been very good at following New Years resolutions. This year I am determined to stick to my guns. I have set a goal to lose fat around my stomach and to shape up. If I accomplish the goal I am going to reward myself with a vacation to the Bahamas at the end of the year. If I fail then I plan to donate some money to a charity. Although I will be backing a good cause it will remind me of my failure to stick to my original plan.

Fat Loss 4 Idiots – Losing Weight With Salads

Whenever you hear someone saying they are only eating salads for lunch, you usually think they are on a diet and trying to lose weight. And while that may be true, it’s also true that they may be gaining weight instead.

Salads are a part of Fat Loss 4 Idiots and a great way to lose weight fast, but you have to do it right. There is a big difference between a healthy salad and one loaded up with lost of calories and carbs.

When you are going to eat a salad, remember to only put on tomatoes and cucumbers. Leave off everything else. Finally, an Italian dressing on top is the best thing you can do. Leave the ranch in the bottle.

Dry ice blasting of electrical equipment

Dry ice blasting is used in cleaning on and around electrical equipment, this technology excels because it is a dry process. There is no liquid state of the blasting media; the dry ice goes from a solid to a gaseous state upon impact, thus helping ensure no "wet" cleaning on electrical components. This benefit seems obvious.  It reduces the likelihood of a motor or other wet electrical equipment from being put back in to service before proper drying times have past, which could cause costly damage to the motor itself and even more costly downtime.  Dry ice blasting also easily cleans motor windings and other sensitive electrical equipment without damage.
