I have been looking for a new job, so I have been looking at the classifieds in a local newspaper everyday. Last night, there was an ad for a furniture salesperson. It’s a full-time position with benefits. The ad states that they offer competitive wages. It sounds like it might be a good job for me. I love working with people, and I think I am a fairly good salesperson. My mother says that I could sell ice to an Eskimo, but I wouldn’t say I’m that good at selling things.

Getting a spouse visa is a long and troublesome process, one that takes a toll on both the married partners. The first step is filing a Petition for Alien Relative, which is the Form I-31 with the Department of Homeland Security of the US Citizenship and Immigration Services in the applicable vicinity. There are stringent procedures to prove the veracity of the marriage. The US citizen will have to sponsor the immigration visa of the other partner. This is done by filling the Form I-130. This provides the citizenship to the foreign partner, but the wait is too long. To minimize the wait, the US partner can marry in the country of the foreign partner and then submit a K-3 visa application for the spouse. This has no waiting period and so this method is slowly but surely becoming popular. For more information on this topic, read How To Get Spouse Visa.

Okay, there are the obvious things that you should look for when you’re trying to choose the best study guide you can for your naplex revision – but what are the indicators that the ones you are looking at actually are the top end of the naplex study guides?
A study guide for the exam should tell the examinee what the questions look like. Being familiar with the type of questions and how they are constructed will be very helpful in preparing for the NAPLEX. The test is computer-based and adaptive; it is different from the common notion of an exam where you are given a sheet of paper and a test booklet. The guide should give you a feel of what the test will actually look like when you are in front of a computer.
