A baby’s gift should be as unique as the baby him or herself. Although their are pretty standard things that the mommy to be will need for the baby, it would be more fun and interesting to get things that she will keep just based on their novelty so she can pass these things down to the kid to remember all the good times she had as a kid. I like looking through old photo albums and seeing the unique baby gifts in use. Seeing what my mother’s friends got me for the baby shower while I was in her tummy is really cool!

I also am learning how to read guitar tabs right now. After purchasing my first guitar, I picked up a beginners guitar book from the music store. The first thing that it taught me was the importance of learning how to read tablature. There are thousands of songs that I have found that are all written in tab form. Once I have a firm handle on how to read tabs, I will be able to move on to many other songs including my favorites without putting hours of practice and music theory in. This is why I really do love this instrument over any other.
