So how should you handle the debt collection situation when you are enrolled into a credit card debt settlement program. For one many debt settlement companies should be able to some degree slow the calls down. However no company will by law actually be able to stop all of them. The best advice is to speak as little with the debt collectors. Their only intention is to harass you and collect as much as they can. As a potential investor in European real estate I am curious to find out more information about property in Sofia, Bulgaria. I have read that this area is considered to be a good real estate investment. The mountains are near by as is the Black Lake resort. For many this is a vacation destination either now or in the future. Their is apparently more of a language barrier in this location but I think as more and more people discover the location the language issues will fall by the way side. I still have more research to do but I am feeling like this is a good investment.
