Dara Torres was a talented teen when she won her first Olympic swimming gold in the 1984 Los Angeles Games. Now at age 41, Dara Torres is about to enter her fifth Olympic Games in Beijing. "It’s nice to be able to be there for the kids if they have questions," Dara Torres says about her younger teammates. "They probably feel comfortable talking to me. I feel like I’m on their level on one hand, but I have all this experience on the other hand that I’m maybe not on their level.”

When installing any sort of automated system or automated reporting system it is extremely important to integrate it fully with the people that will be using it. For instance, when installing a plant floor manufacturing execution system the people doing the input and operating the system need to be assured of what the purpose of the system is. It would be easy to see the newly installed system as a threat to both they way they operate and to their jobs. Start your educational component at the same time you start the planning for the new system. Get as much input from the plant floor as possible and then integrate it into the system.
