Eddie Murphy is probably one of my favorite, all time actors. He’s about ten years older than me. I was a teenager when he was in his heyday in the mid to late 80s. I was in junior high school when his Delirious, HBO special came out. He did material that I could relate to: Ice Cream Trucks, famous singles, horror movies, family barbecues, etc. I wish that I had the money and means to attend one of his shows. The Delirious Show is now out on DVD. I’m feeling kind of nostalgic and thinking of putting together a HDTV Projection TV, home theator, surround sound room in hopes of replicating the experience of being an audience member at one of his shows.

Sally bought a computer from a friend. This friend was an information technology specialist. The information technologist liked to go to computer part stores and build computers. Why pay retail – bah! He could build better for cheaper. Well, hint for the story, some times you get what you pay for. The builder of cheaper pc’s built the best pc, but forgot to install the Best Anti Virus Program. So Sally goes on line and download the best songs and the best free ware. Now Sally has the best viruses on the internet. Oops! At least she now knows that anti virus software is very important!

Yes, there must be some money-making secrets. First of all, except perhaps for monks and hermits, everyone desires to make more money. Why wouldn’t you too? Whether you’re a poorer or a richer man, we certainly dream about a more comfortable home, a new car, or simply to spend more time enjoying the things we want in life. We can only materialize those dreams if we got more money. And this can only be done by either making or saving more money. But saving can be very difficult. So making money is easier, but what are really its secrets? Why can some people learn making money secrets so fast and so easily than others who just barely seem to scrimp along. There must surely be a reason.

I have recently heard that the government offers home loan grants to qualified borrowers, and I was wondering what I would have to do to qualify. I assume that you have to have a lower income than some threshhold, where can I find out about the upper income limits? I want to be able to apply for one of these grants if I actually qualify, I would hate to pay more than I have to for my house. I am just getting started in the home buying process and want to learn more about this. Are there any other qualifications you need to meet for these grants?
