How are names spelt in hebrew?

One of the most exciting things about learning a new writing system is that moment of control when you first learn to write a word that means something to you. For many, that is the first time that they write their name. I know when I first started studying Semitic languages with Hebrew, one of the first things I learned to do was to write my names spelt in hebrew, and it taught me a lot about Hebrew spelling. It was through spelling out my name that I learned the diacritical and vowel system, to my initial shock. I am lucky to have a traditional Old Testament Hebrew name, and that made the writing simpler.

Greed Can Be Good For Stock Investors

Most stock market for beginners guides will tell investors that greed is something that isn’t allowed in the market.  However, this isn’t entirely true.  Although greed can be very detrimental when investing, if controlled, investors can use it to their advantage.  Of course greed can make investors do stupid things, like hold on to a stock for too long looking for more money when it simply isn’t there.  However, greed can directly cause aggressiveness, an important part of stock market investing.  If investors are aggressive, they will able to make more money because of confidence and the drive to be successful.

a gift wrap in the making

We were trying to send all the members of our family scrapbooks of our last family reunion. We wanted to make sure that the albums were secured in bags, and yet wanted a personalized touch, since even those who had not attended would be getting the scrapbooks. We were able to find a place that specialized in custom printed poly bags, and were so pleased that we were able to design the bags. We had almost just as much fun designing the bags as we did the scrapbooks. Best of all, we received the best thank you notes complementing the “gift wrap”
