Diet and Exercise: Build muscle mass, lose fat!

During an outing a few weeks ago with m best friend, she was venting to me about her husband, as we always do, and how he needs to lose man boobs. I couldn’t help but laugh at the way she said it, but I told her it is unhealthy for him to be that heavy. She told me she had been reading up on healthy cooking, and was planning on tricking him into weight loss. I wished her luck with that, and we went our separate ways until our next outing just yesterday. She brought me pictures she had taken of her husband in shorts and a t-shirt that showed how he was losing weight. She was managing to feed him healthier foods without him even realizing it. She really makes me laugh. I know that she will tell him  about her little trick, but not until he loses a little more weight. The drama continues.

I did an Internet search to find my estate appraiser.

Finding an estate appraiser is as easy as turning on your computer. It is unusual for a person not to have Internet access, and as such most companies are now promoting their services online. Those who do not, find themselves quickly falling behind. To find estate appraisers on the Internet all one has to do is type in “find estate appraiser” into Google or whatever search engine they are looking to use, and they will find that they will have all the estate expert resources that they need, and they never had to leave their homes. That is exactly how I found my estate appraiser, and if you are in the market, I suggest you go that route as well.

Implications of Recent Legal Ruling Regarding Open Source to Commercial Software Developers

A recent ruling by the Court of Appeals of the Federal Circuit Court (which is considered the most important appeals court for intellectual property in the US) has ruled that not following the license obligations in an open source license, is equivalent to copyright infringement.

The specifics of the case (involving the GPL license) are less important then the principle established, that the license obligations are enforceable even though the consumer of the open source did not pay any money.

The implications of this ruling are fairly profound.

Most commercial software developers have downloaded signficant amounts of open source and incorporated it into their commercial product.  Most have ignored the license obligations, and now, those are shown as enforceable.

What should you as a commercial software developer do?

*Scan For Open Source throughout your source code

*Understand the license obligations that came with the open source you find

*Set a open source software license management policy, naming the open source licenses that are acceptable (ie have acceptable obligations)

*Replace the open source which comes with unacceptable licenses

*Going forward, review all open source downloads and only accept the download if it comes with a license that is agreed by the policy.

For more information, visit the Source Auditor blog which provides information on the license obligatons in most major open source licenses and discusses the issues around mixing open source with commercial software.

Checks Coupon

These days people are looking for deals anywhere they can find them. Even people shopping for checks can find great deals on designer checks with an identity checks coupon code. If you search hard enough you can find some great deals on everything including checks. I love to have unique checks because you never know where you are going to have to write a check and it is an instant conversation starter. If you can strike a conversation with someone you are giving money to, then maybe they can reduce the amount of what they are charging you. Never hurts to try.

How to Jump Higher

Many people do not realize that The Vertical Project has a 60 day money back guarantee.  What this mean is, if you are not happy with the kind of results with The Vertical Project, you can ask for a refund, no questions asked. This shows that the author, Luke Lowery has confidence in his product.  And he needs to be, since the product is no small amount of money. So if you’re sitting on the fence, then the money back refund is a protection against any bad decisions.  What this means is if you re happy at the end, keep it.  But if you are not happy, ask for a refund – it is as simple as that!Anyways, The Vertical Jump Project is one of the best products in the market today – so give it a go as you cannot lose with the money back guarantee!

Does the earth4energy system really work?

Does the earth4energy system really work? Is there somewhere people review earth4energy so that I can see what people have thought about it, and whether or not it really works? I want to try to save some money, and this seems like it might be a way to do both that and help improve the environment by using fewer nonrenewable resources, so I am hoping that this system turns out to be something worth trying. I want to make a few changes in the near future so that I can start to pay off some of my debt, and I am wondering if this book would help me to save the money I need to do that.

Invest in Your Retirement Big Returns on Honduras Real Estate

Another option would be to Invest in Central America in property for your retirement and go to one of the many beautiful beaches in Belize where you can snorkel and swim and surf and watch the sharks swim by the eagle rays while you are sitting on your porch swinging your legs and eating a bowl of conch soup and drinking fresh mango juice.  This is a more relaxing option than the previous ones but no less engaging as there is never a lack of things to look at and books to read and real estate to buy in the golden sunshine that beams down every morning.
