I was really in shock when I moved out of the state that I grew up in and tried to take a job next to a military base where our family was transferred to. I had no idea how much medical assistant pay varies and all the different certifications and classes that I had to take to make everything current in a new state. The rate is still a lot better than most jobs but I did not realize that they could fluctuate from state to state. I am sure also that it depends on the individual doctor and what they are willing to compensate you for.

There is something special with salsa. I have been dancing for a couple of years now. But it is not until recently that I have really become one with the dance and the music. Have you read the book “Flow” by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi? I think that book describe what I have felt a couple of times when I have danced. It’s when I can concentrate myself on the music to hundred percent and relax at the same time. Every move I make is the right one and I just want that moment to go on for every. I only get this feeling once a year – but it is this short moment that will make me want to practice salsa dance for another year.

If I could give anyone free tips on what to do with their financial situations. I would say get the debt advice you need as soon as possible. The longer you wait the more it just ruins your credit. I have friends that are unable to buy their own home because they have horrible credit and loads of debt. If they would take care of this problem, they could be on their way to establishing good credit, and getting into the home they want. That’s what I did. I finally realized nothing was going to change unless I consolidated my debt.

I am trying to figure out what to do about health insurance while I look for a job. The Cobra coverage that I could get from my last job is so expensive I am just not sure that I can afford it. I have heard that sometimes it is less expensive to get short term health insurance, but I don’t really know much about this. Can anyone tell me where I can find out more about what is covered and what is not covered by this type of insurance? I also want to find out what type of out of pocket expenses I would need to pay.
