As we get older the idea of exercise is more of a reality than the actual taking part. There are always exceptions but generally speaking, as we get older we are less able and less willing to punish our bodies with tough exercise regimes.
You can maintain a level of alertness and activity by thinking actively and if you think yourself fit. When you think of yourself as a very active person it helps to motivate you to get out of your chair and do more. You may not be running marathons but you will be more active around your home and that must surely help maintain your fitness and mobility.

There are many uses of steel today, from bridge building, beams for high-rise buildings and even in everything from cars to hair dryers. There are also many artists using the medium for corporate artwork. Many of them have to bend steel tube to shape into their artwork. In Ottawa, the capital city of Canada, there is a huge steel structure outside of one of the museums. In Arizona there is a bridge called the Snake Bridge that consists of spiraling steel tubes. Steel is a remarkable medium for art and for many of the things we take for granted.
