When my husband and I bought our first home, we wanted it to be the perfect one for us. We didn’t know a thing about financing a home but decided to learn because we also wanted the right loan for us.
It took us almost a year to locate the ideal starter home for us and, during that time, we must have spoken to about two dozen different lenders, trying to get a feel for the mortgage business and our options. Eventually we settled on a lender we liked who also offered us the best interest rate.
We’ve lived in our home for over ten years and are getting ready to upgrade now that our family has grown. This time we feel like real estate pros and are secure that we will have no problems getting exactly what we want.

Don’t you wish you could go to one store and they carried everything you could possibly need? I wish that could really happen, but for now you can shop online and find everything you need. For me, it is much easier to compare prices for an item I like, not to mention I can do it all from the comfort of my own home. Recently, I found a couple of mattresses I wanted to buy, but the price was a bit much at the local mattress store. So, I took a look online and found the same thing I wanted, for cheaper. Not to mention I am getting free delivery on top of the great price.

Maybe this is a bit morbid, but I really like looking at caskets. I think the way they are done, with all the different options there are, is just neat. I guess I see death as a natural part of life, and find it interesting how different people deal with death. I was in Texas last week for a convention, and looked at Houston Caskets while I was there. They had some sort of standard, generic ones, but they also had some really unique ones that seemed really suited to people from Texas. I’m glad I was able to see what they had there.
