As a result of my mood swings, going from a manic state to a depressive state, I lost my husband. I was not working at the time that he left, so I was in a real bind. I went to the doctor to find out what was wrong with me because at the time I didn’t really know. I was diagnosed with bi-polar disorder. I knew that I was not in a mental state to try and hold down a job, so I did some research to find out about possible benefits. I found out that there is a connection between bi-polar disorder and Social Security disability, and that I might be eligible for benefits.

It is amazing how many good photographers there are out in the world. You never really get to see them because so many of them don’t end up in galleries or museums but there are a lot out there. The internet is really good at finding good pictures and photographers. It allows people to create photo blogs and showcase their work. Everyone has a chance at being found and made famous. Some of the best photos out there are travel photos. Some people take really amazing photos of sunsets, and beaches, and mountains. You think of people’s travel pictures as just them in front of some building or landmark but there are many high quality photos out there.
