Using All of Noni

In Hawaii and places where the noni trees can be grown, people have found ways to make use of every part of the noni tree. There is not one part of the noni tree that people have not found a way to use it.

The noni fruit, of course, is good as food but some people really do not like the taste of the noni fruit so they do not eat it if they have other food sources.

Noni fruit is good cooked or raw but it is still noni. The noni seeds are good for replanting noni and they are also used for food. They are good when roasted.

Cut Down On Meal Sizes To Help With The Exercises To Lose My Tummy

Cut down on the size of the portions you eat. Instead increase the frequency of your meals. By eating smaller sized meals about 4-5 times a day you are allowing your body to have a constant sorce of good which does not allow the body to store food for energy.  Your body learns this and starts to burn up that fat. Do not skip any meals because you will put your body into ‘survival mode’ which causes the fat to be store instead of burned. Use a program like exercises to lose my tummy. So every meal you eat you end up putting a little fat on everytime. Try not eating after 7pm as this is the time your stomach starts to shut down and that food will be stored as fat.
