My new hobby is baking. There’s something wonderful about how a person can transform the individual ingredients of flour, eggs, butter, sugar and milk into one single delicious treat. No one can say no to cake, after all. I’m checking out some mixers review because I’m looking for a mixer. Mixing cake batter by hand can get tiring after a while, and I’ve found that hand-mixing doesn’t really do the best job of combining all the ingredients together. I don’t need anything particularly large or heavy-duty; I think something small and light would be best for me, although I wouldn’t say no to a heavy-duty stainless steel mixing bowl.
