I want to try some home remedies for skin lightening. I have tried several skin whitening creams and lotions and I think most of them are not that effective as they are featured to be. I did not even notice any drastic change in my skin tone. So, now I want to try some home remedies that can help me without any side effects. I have always been athletic and one to get out and be active, but lately I can’t get past the pain I have had in my joints. I know a lot of it relates to a life of physical sports, but at age thirty-four, I feel to young to be getting this kind of pain. I have tried just about everything to dull the pain and swelling in my joints, but nothing seems to work. My friend has suggested I try curcumin capsules. My son and daughter both go to the same daycare just different days and times because one is 2 and the other is 4. They both love the daycare and the people who work there. I actually became good friends with one of the daycare workers because we went to high school together and didn’t know each other then, it was a huge school. The daycare has great facilities, is extremely clean and an overall great environment. There is this cool looking mural of animals on the wall that gives it a whimsical atmosphere. I have so many drawings they did I ran out of space on the refrig.

I was at the tire repair place today waiting to get my flat tire replaced on my car. It was a beautiful sunny day. They had table and chairs outside, so I decided to buy a soda and sit outside to take in the Vitamin D, my body was so lacking. In comes someone I knew and he asked me what I am doing these days. I told him I make my own bath and body items. He asked me if I knew How to make soap with goats milk. I said no and told me that if I ever learned, he would give me free goats milk in exchange for my soap.

It’s not that I can’t ride a men’s snowboard. But I don’t necessarily want to fight the stiffness of a men’s board, tiring myself out needlessly, when I’m out for a long day of fun.
