The biggest hassles I had with starting a laundromat were not with the landlord or the equipment vendors, but with the city. Apparently, in the view of my particular city council, laundromats are rife with crooks and seedy characters. Who knew that people who like to wear clean clothes were seedy? Also, the city runs the water and sewer utility. The utility insisted that they needed to run a new, huge sewer pipe by my location at considerable expense (to me) before I could start a laundromat. In the end I chose a location in the next town over that was more than welcoming to have a new, friendly business in their town.

Everybody wants a quick easy way to lose weight and spend much of their time searching for one. They try different powders and supplements that never seem to work. This week in my cooking class we are going to be learning about how to make Chilean food. The first night we are going to be learning about how to prepare Pebre. This was going to be a good night and I sure felt like it. Maria is a classmate that I have been working with for the past two nights.
