If any of you have been following the news for the past few months, then you would have heard about the Amanda Knox case and that she was recently sentenced to twenty years in an Italian prison for the murder of her college roommate. Amanda was an American college student who went to Italy to study abroad and learn italian online fast. Unfortunately, she was caught in the middle of a drug & murder case and was found to be directly involved with the crime. Amanda says that she is still hopeful in the Italian legal system and she believes that she’ll be released within a few months.

Being a football fan can put a lot of weight on you! Back in high school I played football, so I was always fit, now that I am older I just watch it and eat things I shouldn’t! Me and a buddy looked up how to lose your beer gut and have started trying some of the tips, hopefully they will work so our wives will let us keep watching football and not drag us to the gym instead! Lot’s of salads, sit-ups, and walks for me from now on, I want to live to see the next 20 super bowls at least!

I have been reading about cases of panic attacks and I only see one commonality. All the sufferers tend to run away, to escape. Thinking about this gives me a feeling of concern over those who are experiencing this. I once experienced wanting to escape, to go somewhere far from people. The feeling was very difficult and I had very tough times.
I am thinking, how harder it is if you are really suffering from panic attack. The feeling was so intense that they even feel physical pains such as difficulty in breathing.
I can say that people suffering from it need family and friends to be there beside them and willing to help. I guess their thought of flight is a defense mechanism. We all have to learn to feel the pain of other people.
