Not much new

I was watching a recent sitcom about two lovers that couldn’t be together and it seemed to obviously be ripped off.  This story is very similar and relates to the story of Romeo and Juliet.  In Romeo and Juliet, they ran away and Juliet drank a potion, not akin to something like magic tricks, to put herself to sleep so that her parents would think she was dead.  Romeo found her and thought she was truly dead.  For the sake of love, he took his dagger and killed himself.  When Juliet woke up, she saw Romeo lying dead next to her.  She then took the dagger and killed herself with it too.
