Used Citroen Attempt

When my parents told me that a Used Citroen would make a good car for me, I decided to see if I could make that happen. I literally had no money for a down payment though. I chose to go to a used car lot to see if there was a Citroen there that I liked. I would then attempt to get a loan from that dealer or their bank. I didn’t have anything to lose, so I figured that I might as well go for it. If this company wouldn’t help me out, then maybe another one would be willing to.
