Used Renault Learning

My daughter will be old enough for a driver’s license in a few years, and I want her to be able to gain experience driving before then. That is why I am going to keep my eye out for a Used Renault Twizy as soon as they start hitting the market. I hear rumours that some models of this vehicle will not require people to have a license to drive them, and yet because it has a steering wheel, four wheels and a pedal, it will drive exactly like any other car, so it will be the ideal way to learn the ins and outs of driving.
