Amazing second war war water fuel cell technology

I was talking to a friend of mine the other day, and he is a real car nut knows everything there is to know about cars, and he said three words to me gas mileage water. basically he was telling me about a new technology that is available water, fuel cells sounds amazing doesn’t it. Actually it’s a very basic technology that was used in the Second World War.its plastic container which contains water and electric current is passed through the water, which generates gas, and this gas is pumped into the engine, increasing your fuel efficiency by around 50 to 60%.
