Different Policy

My husband called his uncle first thing Monday morning to get it over with. He said that it really had not been a very good phone call. His uncle had gotten very defensive that we wanted to change our auto insurance company. My husband had just finally told him that we could not afford to keep making the payments with how high they were. His uncle then asked him to give him a week and see if he could come up with a policy that would be able to save us money. Well, I wanted to know why didn’t he do that before?
