A Failed City Inspection

I work at a local restaurant as a waitress. We had a visit from the city inspectors and we didn’t do so well so I am not real sure where I stand with my job. My boss called a meeting with all the employees and said that he was committed in making his restaurant work. He told us that he has hired 2 restaurant consultants to help him get things back in order. We are suppose to follow their instructions and things should turn around for us really soon. We have 1 month to change things around before the inspectors come back.
