A modular medical building or office is a structure that is manufactured inside a factory and then shipped, part-by-part to the office location to be assembled. There are many buildings that make use of this modular system from classrooms, stores, restaurants, and of course, offices. Some heavy buildings may need stone slab foundations in order to improve their sturdiness. Modular home prices are generally fixed, so the buyer knows the price for such houses. These residential buildings can withstand the weather and its vagaries. They are also more economical. Modular office buildings are preferred for their flexibility. They are ideal for expanding businesses.
