Customer Loyalty Research From A Credit Card Company

I have recently received a letter from one of the credit cards that I have. It was a surprise because it is the first time I have received a letter like that. It is a survey and they are asking for a feedback from a valuable client or so the survey says. I suppose this is one way that they do Customer Loyalty Research. After all, I am a loyal customer as I have been with them for 10 years already. And I am quite satisfied with the service that is why I am still a customer. Although I have yet to answer the survey. Ha ha!
