Easiest way to make money in real estate

Investment can actually make you richer. But it is risky too. All investments involve some fraction of risk. Flipping Real Estatecontracts is an easy way to make money in real estate; it is also good for newbie investors. This is also known as assigning. In this process you do not need to buy a property; you just contact with the seller to buy a house at a certain amount. Now, without closing the deal you look for a buyer and then assign the contract to the new buyer. The new buyer pays you an assignment fee, typically $3000 to $5000 and eliminates you from the deal. You end up making money without investing a single dime.
