High tech check?

The world has gone high tech with the hiring process. The process would baffle anyone who if they were to pop into the future from the twenties in a time machine. Can you imagine doing that? Coming from those days everything was done differently, their were rarely any employment screening background checks, drug tests and the like, if they even existed back then! I wonder what the world would be like in the future just 20 years from now! You probably go into a scanner and they can connect your biology to everything you’ve ever done, maybe they don’t ask you anything they just scan your memory and have a computer filter out the important things!
