I trade forex during the day

My computer is on all day, but I’m not watching it all day. Since I trade with longer term charts based on 4 hour and daily charts, I can periodically just check on the charts. I trade forex during the day EST. I’ll leave limit orders on at night if there isn’t big news that is going to affect the market. I trade just about any pairs, except for the ones that their spreads are just too large (10+) I don’t have multiple screens. One screen is all I need. Traders that have multiple computer screens are usually day traders or scalpers, who have to keep an eye of every single pip move. I don’t write my thoughts down. I do write down key levels on a blackboard and I put notes in my calendar regarding economic news that comes out.
