IT Staffing After All

When the company I work for decided to upgrade their computer system, they decided that they didn’t really need an IT department to go with it. Sound crazy? That’s what we all thought too, although that’s not the kind of thing you can tell your boss. So we all watched the new system go in, and then had a lot of time off when the system kept needing tweaks and repairs. It only took a few months for them to start IT staffing, and we haven’t had too many problems with the new computer system since then. Sometimes saving money isn’t the best route!
