Plant Killing Fungus Life Cycle
July 23rd, 2010
There is not a situation in regards to plant life where the soil must not be treated in some way to help the growth process. Especially when it comes to certain types of fungus that are in the ground and can kill a seed before its life cycle has had a chance to begin. Specifically, rhizoctonia can survive for years in the soil without having a crop around to feed off of. The soil is an active breeding ground for such an infectious disease and must be treated before a new crop has the opportunity to be given a chance to survive.
