State Median Income Level and Chapter 7 Bankruptcy

June 20th, 2009

I decided to hire a pierce county bankruptcy attorney to file for bankruptcy. It was the best way left for me for fresh financial start. I talked to my attorney and show my income I have left and debt amount. After carefully checking of my income he told me to that my median income level is lower than the Washington state’s median income and I will be qualify for chapter 7 bankruptcy. I had also got state median income level on a legal website and it was same as my attorney told me. I was able to discharge my unsecured debt in a limited period of time.
