Which recruiting software companies have the best customer and technical support departments?

We want to get some new recruiting software. The original software that we tried turned out to be not such a good investment since applicants were always having problems using it and we ended up spending a lot of time fixing problems and teaching people how to use the software. We are looking for a company that provides support after the purchase so that both people in our human resources department who need assistance and applicants who need assistance speak with the softward provider’s customer service to solve any problems with the software. This should free up some more of the human resource department’s time.
