Twitter is the new child for social media. Time Magazine considered it to be the best social media application that will change our lives with-in 140 characters or less. Twitter is started in 2006, it was only meant to be used by a closed team of developers. But the SXSW 2007 Conference, Texas was considered to the tipping point of Twitter in terms of popularity and user base. Many people wonder why Twitter has become so popular. Here are best possible reasons why.
Simplicity: There are a plenty of other micro blogging services out there, such as Plurk, and even apps within Facebook, that let people send out short messages. But the great thing about Twitter is that it’s so simple and fast.
