Calling To Tell My Friend That I Gave Someone Her Phone Number

As soon as I got home from the grocery store last Tuesday, I called my friend, Julie. I told Julie that I had heard two women at the grocery store talking about MonaVie products. I told her that one of the women had told me that she wants to order some of the products, but doesn’t know anyone that sells them. I told Julie that I gave the lady her phone number, so she could order the products from her.

Tea Samplers – A Fine Art

I look at tea samplers as way for me to bring my appreciation of tea to the next level.  I have my own personal tea competition each month by ordering various tea samplers.  Tea samplers are great because you don’t have to spend a fortune to be able to experience a large array of teas. I try to make sure that the tea samplers are put together in a logical grouping so that the teas will either enhance each other or I am able to improve my skills as a tea enthusiast because there are noticeable differences my palette can recognize. I especially love it when there are same strains of tea, but grown in various regions of the world.

Gas Grills and Charcoal Grills – Which One To Use?

Gas grills and charcoal grills have their own pros and cons which you must keep in mind before you purchase a grill for your barbecues. If you want a cheap grill, then charcoal would be the suitable one for you. In addition to that, a charcoal grill also brings a strong smoky flavor to your barbecue. The cleanup however, is more difficult than the convenient and easy to use gas grills. With this type of grill, you will be able to control the temperature according to how you want. It is best to go for grills that have a high grade of steel.

The catering service run by some neighbors

On Friday night I couldn’t find my dog Troy. Troy is a fox terrier and he always manages to get out of the backyard once or twice a month. The last time he got out he wound up at the Williams house down the street. I caught up with him a few hours later. I don’t think that Troy minded too much because the Williams had fed him a pretty cool dinner. They run a catering service so they always have extra  food laying around. Before I left there house while picking Troy up they gave me a plate of food to take home.

Packaging Sample Products

I live in a community that really values its local farmers. It is wonderful to be involved in this type of community that the food and local treats are a step above most items you could find in the grocery store. I am now about to get on board with a local grower and I want to buy some wholesale bottles so that we can start handing out some of our own local foods as samples and see how well they are received. If the turnout is positive we will continue in a bigger scale and will need more bottles.

The Family Loved the Desert

There is nothing better than Sunday’s at our house. The entire family always comes together and we sit at the table for a great meal. This past Sunday was no different, but the desert was. Everyone is still talking about what I made and they have asked that I make it again. I loved it too and it was easy to make. I told My Aunt Carol and mother that the recipe for apple crisp is quite easy. I even gave them a copy of it. They were excited to have it and we are going to have a lot of it made weekend.

Wine Cooler Helps Our Restaurant’s Profits

I admit I was never really a wine buff.  I opened my restaurant because I love food, particularly Italian food.  I knew the old bit of advice with upselling wine with meals – that’s where you can really make a profit.  However, I thought any old wine would do. And how wrong I was.  In fact, most of my customers knew more about wine than I did, which was embarrassing.  So I decided to study up on wine and the best way to store it.  I purchased a couple of wine coolers and got some nice pinot noirs and grigios in which go very well with Italian food. Since then, my profits have nearly doubled.

The Proper Use Of A Cutting Board.

My friend Jenny seems to be confused on how to use a cutting board. I bought her a new one a few days ago. I has to show her the proper way to use it. She just had new counters put in and I thought it would make the perfect gift. I told her she needs to use it to help protect her new counters. She agreed and was very thankful for the gift. She said that it will definitely help her counters last longer. I was happy to help her because she has done so much for me. She has always been there for me and my family.
