Using sharepoint without doing sharepoint consulting is kinda hard. I am a fresh IT mgr. I used to do software support and before that I was a server guy. I have extensive knowledge in sharepoint and Microsoft server 2003. I don’t know if it actually helped me in my current role though. I have to train a team to do a sharepoint integration and everyone is pretty non-technical. I don’t know if we’ll be able to do this ourselves or not. If we at least expand out team a little bit, that would really help. By ourselves we are simply screwed.
