I have been waiting for some good news about commercial loans but instead I keep hearing all of the reasons that everything is getting better no matter how bad it really looks in the economy. Perhaps it is time to look further than banks for getting working capital and business financing for my business. I have a feeling that a traditional bank is no longer the most dependable source of commercial finance help for any small business so it is time that I start looking for commercial lenders that understand how small businesses operate and are actually providing practical terms for commercial loans.
