I could not believe it when my attorney told me they offered lawsuit loans. I knew about various types of loans, but never heard of lawsuit loan. The lawsuit loan program is a cash advance program that the plaintiff receives prior to settlement of their case. The qualification depends on the value of the plaintiff case. If you have a strong case, they will issue you payments, which are repaid after they have settled your case. Payout amount varies, it could be anywhere from $500 up to $ 10000, depending on the law group. This program helped me keep my bills paid so I could concentrate on getting better.
