Need to find refinance second mortgage

Three weeks ago I was seeking for info on obtaining refinance second mortgage. A guy named Ken stated that the best idea would be to seek using a major search engine, due to the fact that that usually gives the most conclusive answers if done correctly. But some other person urged the exact opposite. Then following much searching, the answer was discovered, after completely forgetting about what the second person said. It all worked out well so I am cheerful because I know many persons just are not aware where to look for these answers. Many other Americans are wondering to themselves similar questions about this problem. There is a lot of trash out there and we all need to be careful who to take advice from.
