Payday Lenders, Whats the deal?

every now and then I worked somewhere will come up to me and asked me if I am having trouble making ends meet with a small salary that we’re earning? A lot of them have trouble paying their bills and will often go to payday lenders to get a small loan to take them over till the next paycheck. I’ve always hesitated to do that because of the large interest rate that you have to pay it doesn’t really make a lot of sense just to get a few hundred dollars that they will give me I would rather go without
