Almost Obese

I just left the doctor’s office. He told me that if I do not figure out something quickly, I am going to be in pretty bad shape. Apparently, I am on the verge of being obese. This is not something that I want to see happen. Therefore, I decided that I am going to get on the Internet and order the Turbo Fire Chalene Johnson exercise video. I have watched the infomercial for this particular workout video several different times.
