Back bone alignment

Since childhood my posture was not correct. I could not stand straight. My back bone was not straight and was curved in both the sides. Normally the back bone is curved in front and back side of the body but in my case it was a deformity. The doctor called this problem as scoliosis. Scoliosis was giving me a mild pain as well in lower back region. My doctor was insisting me for a surgery since long time. But I was aware that the surgery of back bone was full of risks.
