Cause of Hallux abducto valgus

The technical term associated with bunions for what nearly all persons call is the Hallux abducto valgus. They also get referred to as hallux valgus. With regard to the big toe its technical term is the hallux. While valgus and abducto pertain to the twisting and leaning toward the lesser toes. That condition is accompanied by an enlargement of the joint at the base involving the big toe. And now this enlargement is technically what the bunion is, as well as not just the big toe leaning over towards the other toes. That is stated in which the actual cause of hallux abducto valgus is multifactorial and is also related to poor shoe fit, poor foot biomechanics joint with a hereditary tendency.
