My best diet tools

When I’m on a diet, the best tool I have to stay on my diet is a calorie chart. It helps me make good food choices and watch how many calories I’m eating during the day. Another great tool that helps me lose weight is daily exercise. Even if I don’t do a really hard workout, I get at least 30 minutes of walking in every day. So far this year I’ve lost about 10 pounds and I’m feeling great. I eat fruits, veggies, whole grains and low fat dairy and they keep me feeling full and happy. I try to eat organic as much as I can.
