Whenever you hear someone saying they are only eating salads for lunch, you usually think they are on a diet and trying to lose weight. And while that may be true, it’s also true that they may be gaining weight instead.
Salads are a part of Fat Loss 4 Idiots and a great way to lose weight fast, but you have to do it right. There is a big difference between a healthy salad and one loaded up with lost of calories and carbs.
When you are going to eat a salad, remember to only put on tomatoes and cucumbers. Leave off everything else. Finally, an Italian dressing on top is the best thing you can do. Leave the ranch in the bottle.
