Milk Thistle

Milk thistle is plant breed which belongs to genus “silibum”, and they are usually grown in the Mediterranean lands of Europe, Middle Eastern regions and Northern parts of Africa, they are annual or biennial types of plants, It is a beautiful plant with a clasping base at the bottom of the leaves, while the flower heads are solitary types with a pink or purple color. The fruits of the plants are usually black colored achene and white pappus . milk thistle is used mostly for the treatment of chronic liver diseases.  Milt thistle has much more health benefits which researchers are still working on.
