She Needed a New Diet

My sister called me a few nights ago, and she told me that she needed help. I asked her what was wrong, and she said that she had just slipped on this diet that she has been trying out, and she was getting really depressed about it. I told her that she should give up her current one, and try the paleo diet. I told her that I had just started it, and it was changing my life. I knew that she would be able to do it, since I would go along with her. She said that she would give it a try.
