I did meditation to get over break up.

After my break-up with my beau, I was not a happy person. My friends suggested me to go for meditation. I did accordingly. Initially, I was not aware of it advantages. But, as time passed I felt a kind of energy within myself. My will power and confidence boosted. I became an optimistic person.Slowly, I realized that I shall be doing injustice to myself if I remain depressed and say no to life. Now, to get over a break up was easy for me. I can breathe fresh air. I shall now welcome every moment of life with open arms.
