Is Sending a Money-gram a Good Way to Transfer Money?

Bonnie got a call from her younger sister. Her sister lived in Nebraska with their parents. Bonnie’s sister is sixteen and only has a little over a year of high school left. She called Bonnie to see if she could borrow money to buy a new dress for a high school dance. Bonnie was glad to help and told her sister that she would send a money transfer through Money-gram. Bonnie sent her enough for a new dress and a little extra. Bonnie knew that her parents did not have enough money to buy the dress for her sister and she was glad she could help out.
