Too Much Footbal, Not Enough Salad!

Being a football fan can put a lot of weight on you! Back in high school I played football, so I was always fit, now that I am older I just watch it and eat things I shouldn’t! Me and a buddy looked up how to lose your beer gut and have started trying some of the tips, hopefully they will work so our wives will let us keep watching football and not drag us to the gym instead!  Lot’s of salads, sit-ups, and walks for me from now on, I want to live to see the next 20 super bowls at least!
